Subject Networks
Subject-based Networks will be developed through time with the aim of supporting Group Leaders in developing their interest groups, sharing ideas and issues and also making resources available across the region.
Art Appreciation
Our first subject network is Art Appreciation and is open to all U3A Members. The aim of this network is to provide resources for Groups and individuals who are interested in this subject.
To access the Art Appreciation pages on this website you will need to complete the Registration Form. The organisers’ reply will include the password.
Once you have the password go to the Art Appreciation pages by clicking on the link opposite.
Networks
Networks are voluntary groupings of constituent U3As with the aim of providing improved mutual support, resources or activities for their members; they should be natural groupings which arise from within the group concerned.
Types of Network
There are three main types of Network which are being encouraged within the YAHR region:
- Geographical Networks, involving a group of neighbouring U3As
- Subject-based Network
- Role based Networks
