What we do
We support the management teams in all of the local u3as in the Yorkshire and Humber region, providing help and guidance where required. We also run Summer Schools and other events.
What can your local u3a do for you?
Local u3as provide facilities for social, learning and other activities for people no longer in work or who have some free time. For a list of the local u3as in the Yorkshire and Humber Region, select the option in the main menu above.

YAHR Capital Asset Grant
Local u3as can apply to YAHR for a grant towards the cost of capital equipment. Grants will be for amounts between £50 and £250 and will be awarded for up to 50% of the capital value.
